This is an essay about love. It's made of mostly two parts:
- the theory of love
- the practice of love
The theory of love makes most of the book size. It goes into analysing our behavior and approach of love and anchoring it with our society, religion and others. I felt like it was getting too close to religion and it ended up boring me so I skipped most of the end of this part.
The practice of love felt pretty much like the practice of meditation to me.
Overall, I don't think I got much interesting material from this book.
